The DuraSeal Program

DuraSeal uses a heavy duty, rubberized blacktop slurry sealer (which we used at Tampa International Airport); it exceeds all requirements of the FAA and the Federal specification RP-355 (GSA-FSS). Our latex additives give extra toughness, adhesion, penetration, quicker drying time and helps hold the deep black color longer.

DuraSeal has professional, well trained, uniformed, employees who are trained in all aspects of asphalt maintenance.

DuraSeal offers a variety of systems to suit your individual needs. (See next page for these options). After carefully evaluating your asphalt, we will make recommendations to renovate your asphalt.

DuraSeal offers three standard seal coating systems. No matter which system you choose, the following procedures apply:

• · A schedule for your project will be set in advance, giving you the opportunity to notify residents, customers, vendors, employees well in advance.
• · Our employees will adhere to the set schedule (weather permitting). They will complete your project in a timely manner.
• · We have new and well-maintained equipment to assure the job is completed on time. We have built our company on quality, price and honesty. We truly believe we are the best in the business.

DuraSeal offers everything you need to keep your asphalt and public access in a safe and pleasing condition. This includes, emergency repairs, regular pothole repairs, striping, sidewalk, concrete repair, and complete overlays.
